Frequently Asked Questions

    • Customers collect 1 stamp per qualified order.

    • After collecting 5 stamps, a reward (discount code) is issued.

    • The Program is free to join.

    • Orders purchased directly via the website or in- person are eligible for stamps.

    • Orders placed via third party websites such as Etsy, Amazon, NOTHS, Wayfair are not eligible for stamps.

    • 1st stamp: Following A Touch of India on any social media platform and confirming via direct message or sign-up

    • Orders: 1 stamp per completed order placed via qualified sales channels

    • Bonus stamps (where applicable): offered for completing an additional action such as a Google reviews with a photograph, or referrals.

    • Once 5 stamps are collected, customers receive a one-time discount code

    • Discount value will be communicated at the time of issue

    • Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

    • Discount code will be valid for 12 months

    • No minimum cart value for redeeming the code

    • Cannot be combined with products on sale

    • Code can be used only once

    • Stamps are tracked via reliable system geenrated spreadsheets

    • For social media or engagement-based stamps, reasonable proof (e.g. screenshot, DM confirmation) may be required

    • We reserve the right to approve or decline stamps where activity cannot be verified. Example- if account is unfollowed, or order is returned for reasons other than damage.
