Returns
When it comes to returns, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery for non-personalised/ bespoke purchases. To be eligible for a return, your Product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your Product, please email us on atouchofindia.june@gmail.com for a return authorisation and we will issue you with the correct address to return your Products.
Return for bulk orders is not accepted.
Damages
Although we retain high quality control, and take utmost care while packing orders dearly, some things are out of our control as well. Should we encounter an unhappy situation like a damaged product when received, we will offer a replacement rightaway and in some cases request you to send the product back. Costs for shipping a new product, and returning the damaged product will be borne by us.

We understand you’d need this urgently for a gift order, or to fulfil your entertaining at home needs. Please get in touch to arrange for a speedy postage. This will be charged extra depending on the Royal Mail service you’d like to avail, and the order quantity- Tracked 24, Guaranteed Next Day by 1 pm, etc.

For small lightweight items, upto 100 pcs, we will offer free shipping. For large items such as trays, upto 10 trays will be free, and chargeable thereafter.
